QGifer 0.2.1 Beta

QGifer is a free tool to extract frames from videos to create an animated GIF file. The program includes several features to customize the resulting animated GIF such as: editing the colors, filtering, dithering, graphics insertion, and more. Additionally, QGifer uses ImageMagick to optimize the animated GIF file.

QGifer supports several popular video file formats such as AVI, MP4, MPG, WMV, and OGV and features a Multi-lingual interface.
